Day 23

Here are a couple shots from this morning I believe there are around 23 days old. I'm keeping them on about 8 Mill of the Remo grow, micro, Velo kelp and cal-mag.

The slower-growing one has a little bit of something going on with the leaves. Started early and seems to be correcting itself slowly, not sure what it is.

Update:

Here is a couple days worth of updates for each lady. It's going to take up two posts. Too many pictures. :d5:

We will go with GTS first. I really like her branching. All lower branches have been reaching for the top and competing to be the biggest. I love it! She was the shorter of the two but has since surpassed her sister.

With that, both ladies grew up too fast and got too close to the lights. So you will see a little damage to the leaves up top. Hasn't seem to slow them down at all.

Today is day 34 from sprout and she stands about 25 inches tall.

Here she is on day 25, the day before she started to flower.

I've been watering every 3-4 days. I have been doing something slightly different too. Splitting what I water with in half. Giving them half of what I would give them on the day they need water then waiting a day or two and give them the rest. They seem to be responding to it well. I have been giving them some Remo nutes still, these last few times I actually measured the amounts. 8 ml/gal of flower schedule plus 4 ml/gal grow. Yesterday they received just water and tonight they will get the rest of their water.

GPA update coming soon. Slow ass internet upload speeds. Sorry.

GPA update:

Here is the more usual looking plant. She has that typical Christmas tree structure. She is a little more main cola dominant than her sister. She stands a few inches shorter than her sister at about 23 inches or so. I can't seem to find my tape measure.

She has had nice explosive growth since she started to flower. She shows a little more leaf damage than her sister. She seems more susceptible to leaf burn. Still doesn't seem to have slowed her growth at all.

Here she is on day 26. The day she started to flower.

There we go. Mostly caught up now... I'll take some new pictures tonight or tomorrow.

Enjoy.:pass:

Well heck, I guess it's been a while. Turns out winter got a little exciting around the Jingo house. We decided to have our Christmas dinner early on the 22nd which was good because my wife came down with pneumonia on the 23rd. Poor women had to spend the entire Christmas holiday in the hospital. It's disappointing that her immune system hasn't come back after 5 years I really hope it comes back someday. Every time she gets pneumonia it does a little bit of damage to her lungs and it cost about $2,000.

Anyway I got some pictures here and I am very happy with the results on the plant that I trained. It's hard to tell sometimes when you've never grow on a strain whether or not you can get away with significant training or not. In this case that's exactly what it demanded.

They are stretching a little bit every day and I expect at least another 50% in growth. If I'm lucky and get a double on that trained plant and I'll be well over a pound and that's what I'm looking for is to go way over a pound.
