Hello fellow AFN'ers, and Welcome to my thread. This is where I will post some pictures and ramblings about what is going on (or growing in) my personal garden. I decided against doing a journal of each plant I grow as I am in the process of trying to simplify my life and not be held hostage anymore by some of the OCD tendencies that controlled me in past few years. Part of my breaking away from those tendencies led me to explore the autoflower world, and I could not be happier that I did. I had become a slave to my garden to the point that it had stopped being fun working in the garden. Growing Mephisto's has given me that joy once again. (Hardly) No fuss, no muss, 80-90 days and you're done. Great genetics, great customer service (I am talking about the Mephisto gang here), great forum and forum members who love and enjoy this hobby of ours. And the best part is there is no drama here. Only like-minded people who are willing to help or encourage other forum members, or just simply admire another forum members work.

I hope this will be the proper place for this kind of "evergreen" thread. I will get off my soapbox for now, but plan to get some new pictures posted in the next few hours of what is growing on in my garden (past and present). All are welcome to enjoy and comment. Thanks!

This was a small CBD plant that I harvested right before moving to growing auto's. It is Myrica by Ninefold Genetics.
Her lineage is the following: Myrica = (BOG's Sour Bubble x Bodhi's Good Medicine Male). She is excellent in both effect and medicine.
I still have a bit of her left that I have been greedily saving for those night's when "Good Medicine" is needed.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a CBD plant. Not sure of the ratio of THC:CBD.

I’m liking the approach. Sometimes you’ll find your garden enjoys a break from u lol. Less is more sometimes especially when u have things dialed in. Keep the enjoyment of growing your own meds don’t let that get away from u. Keep posting pics that’s the best part.

Great post. I agree with not only the Mephisto forum being great, but all of AFN too. When I first started getting in to growing my own meds 1.5 years ago or so I looked at all the discussions sites out there. Rollitup etc etc. After lurking on all the sites to see which ones looked good, I came to the conclusion AFN was the best looking site as far as good peeps go, no drama, nice moderators etc. And that automatics would be ideal over photos for me personally.

Way back when I first started around here I was new to cannabis growing and made many mistakes (and still do too). The people here are the best. I always figured autos were the way to grow because of the lack of light schedules and time they take to grow. Mephisto genetics was one of the companies I had hear about but it wasn't till after I ordered a few others genetics that I realized exactly what mephisto is doing.

Everyone here is super nice and if I would have gone to i***g R******p and others such as G*****y, I would have quit groqing eight away. So glad I came here too.

I have kinda gone that route myself, only doing a mega thread documenting a hit here and there. I had to leave too for a while when you get back in to it you realize how much you miss it but you also get a more even view of it all. Yes you can become addicted to growing and part of addiction is the "grow crash" as I call it when the honeymoon period of growing is over. But most of the time if you have it set you can forget it for a few days.

Your always interesting and you're one of the older ones so it's noce to see that someone hasent given up but just taken a back seat. Nothing wrong with just posting a photo here and there and talking. I came here to have a nice community to be a part of.
