Hey guys... I am sorry for my late reply... yes true... we are not in the office during the weekend and we are still super busy after 4.20 promo and because of the following issue.

Unfortunately during the last week... our bank banned our payment by card, so it was not a good time for changing... so there were possible to use only bank transfer. It cause a lot of problem on our site - we received many emails on all social media channels what is wrong.

@Justin Credible This is really hilarious: "Why not shoot them an email, I am sure a sweet lady by the name of Raffaela will be with you in a few!"
Yeah my lovely sweet male colleague by the name of Raffael is taking care of emails and answer you (probably he already did).

Isn't that just the sticker that it gets if it has passed customs? Or is the envelope ripped open?
