Dont necessarily expect them to work it out the way you want...
My experience..bought some seeds of a specific strain I was looking for...beans had low germination, (not my first rodeo..sprouted 100's of beans in paper towel) rather than replacing with same they offered me some of their crap knock-offs..I chose to take nothing!

They sent the photo version of one of the seed packs i ordered and are resending the autos now for free. So I ended up with a free pack of the photo seeds. That kinda covers the hassle I had to go though, it does take them time to process issues but they handle it. I'd expect to wait around 2 weeks or more if you have an issue.

As it turns out; there is no photo version and they resent the same pack of seeds.

Their “knock-offs” are typically just a re-branding from the major breeders much like other non-cannabis businesses do. Look at the descriptions of their Pink Kush 30:1 CBD and elite’s Purplediol. They’re the same with minor tweaking of the wording. You’ll notice this with many of their “knock-offs” and the original breeders descriptions.
