Seedsman - Very slow Customer support but their trustpilot reviews is answered in minutes...

First ever order with tracking with Seedsman. Been over 1 week and they have still not sent my order. They have not replied to any emails either and only sent me 5 identical emails yesterday saying my order was not confirmed as they had not received payment. Uhh what? I sent you 350 euros in Bitcoin over a week ago!?

Purchased from several other seedbanks and this is by far the worst experience i have ever had. Not recommend at all. YMMV.

Will update if/when arrives.


P.S. The most annoying thing is how active their support on TrustPilot is (answers within few hours), but via email they don't answer in weeks!!!

Sorry to hear that bro! I hope it gets sorted out. Am not familiar with Bitcoin but if there is some proof of payment, they should honor it.
 
thanks for support everyone.

just got a very delayed response today saying there were delays due to Christmas and New year holidays in the UK.

my order will apparently ship soon and tracking will be relayed.

i wish companies would just clearly communicate these sorts of things in advance. Put some warning or something, but ya will update when i get the seeds.

previously i only dealt with direct orders from attitude and mephisto and those guys do amazing jobs....

still the trustpilot thing is what tilted me most, answer your website messages instead of trying to save ur rep. cure vs preventation...YMMV
 
Just got a response, the payment was valid and they cancled it for no reason, took so long to look into the seeds are out of stock now. They are saying they will work it out with me. :goodluck:
 
My order is back in the works, got a confirmation email. Praying they sent me some extra cheese cake they said they would try to add some freebies but thats really the only thing i want from them.
 
Congrats! Today is day 10 for me, still waiting for my order to ship...

Their Trustpilot ratings are in disarray right now. Never ever would I order again...

Dont necessarily expect them to work it out the way you want...
My experience..bought some seeds of a specific strain I was looking for...beans had low germination, (not my first rodeo..sprouted 100's of beans in paper towel) rather than replacing with same they offered me some of their crap knock-offs..I chose to take nothing!
