Seed Bank SeedsMan.com - MUST KNOW, Honest review!

Alright guys, first of all hello! This is my first review, and it is for the company SeedsMan(.com) - This is a mixed review, but hopefully this will help you in your decision when purchasing from this seed bank. (UK/SeedsMan to Australia/Victoria)

First and foremost, I've made a total of 3 orders from this company. The first order was made mid 2017 - which I paid for untracked shipping but stealth packaging. Arrived within 15 business days, no issues what so ever. Great experience! This was paid using BitCoin

Second order was placed early this year; which was un-tracked shipping but with stealth packaging - which assured a re-send if in the event they didn't arrive. This order was paid using BitCoin. After 2 failed re-sends (total 3) I requested for this order to be sent using tracked postage this time-round. Below and behold, showed up with no issues. The first 3 sends were sent between 2 different addresses, and never showed up.. Strange?

Third order was placed only just recently (about a fortnight ago) using CC with tracked & stealth shipping. Woah! No issues what so ever being that I initiated the order under tracking.

So what am I trying to say here? I am not sure and I don't want to make speculations, but it almost seems as if the first few times the second order was never really sent out. I've made orders from over seas for all different types of things, including from the UK and have never had any issues with missing items (sometimes delayed) - it just seems so coincidental that they didn't arrive only when they were sent through tracked post.

Overall, now that my orders have arrived; I'm quite happy. Only downside is that they don't offer near as many free seeds or benefits. Also buying 10 pack of seeds, you get exactly 10; none extra in the unlikely event they don't germinate. This was noted on all seed packs except for one where I got an extra 2 in a 6 pack.

For what my two cents is worth, I would suggest USE TRACKED POSTAGE, it is literally a few dollars more... But it is honestly so worth it, and saves the headache & keeps you in the loop to follow the order from country of origin to the destination country!

I made my first order from them about 10 days ago. Not tracked (uh oh). Haven’t received it yet.

I’m placing a second order now, which I will order “tracked”, because they are having a rocking Halloween deal through Nov 5th.

I have heard good things. What I like about them the most is that I can order dinafem and Dutch passion from them and they ship to the US.

If I get my seeds, I’ll rate them a 5. I’ll update in another week or so.

I’ve ordered a few times. Always did the free option and they always came in 10 or less days...

Did the Halloween deal (killer deal) and did the 6.95 stealth shipping with free resend if lost. So surely it’ll come too....

Never had any issues. Never gotten a single free seed either though..

I've ordered 2 times and first time it came with in 15 days but didn't get the tracking number until day 13 the seed was a tiny seed no markings just light colored and when I germinated it the seed took 2 days to pop a tiny tiny tip out left it for another day no change put in soil and nothing happened seed stayed same amd died think it was a dud and looked like most male.seeds I've ever gotten. They replaced it with points so I ordered 3 royal dwarfs and 1 blue dream and had to contact support cause it took my 3 free seeds off after my points and discount and Alex the support guy said that it didn't matter bout points it is the total charge for items not end total you pay. So he fixed it and said they'd be added to my delivery but after 6 emails and emailing tom they still can't tell me where it's at just it's in transit and made it to nyc yesterday and would go to California and then be on its way. Does that sound right to anyone????

I will almost always have an issue with them for my first ever seed order. I paid a good 200++ pounds for it. Did not wanna use Bitcoin cos I don't know it well enough. But did it anyways for more freebies.

I needed some kinda code which I could not find after checkout page. I needed that to make payment. Sent them a message but no replies for several days!

Finally I just paid the same order with CC cos it does not seem like I'll get any replies. I inserted a message saying I should get the same Bitcoin freebies cos its not my fault that no customer service was provided! Never mind the higher credit card prices!

I paid for tracked stealth as always and got it in 10 days without the bitcoin freebies. Not a very happy seed purchase. I gave them my virginity and was not treated right lol

My first order ever, about $100US: well I did not pay extra for the super stealth guaranteed shipping, and indeed, I never received the order.

About 2 weeks after placing that first order, they had a huge Halloween sale, and I placed my second order. It, too, was about $100US. I got the Halloween freebies and bitcoin freebies. That order I received:

So, I learned that you have to pay for the extra shipping. Another user wondered aloud if they don’t even bother to send your order if you don’t pay extra. Seemed maybe that way to me with my little one order experience.

I’ve ordered and received another delivery since then. I love their selection and discounts, but this not receiving orders business is bs. And being in the US, I can’t use them at all if it’s a seed I NEED. My last order was almost 30 days out and they never even sent a shipping confirmation until day 27. Then, 2 days later the order arrived, from a US address. I’ll use them in the future but I’m not happy about it. Here in the US I’ve been using The Single Seed Company and GYO seedbank and I get the order in about a week.

Yeah my first order took 15 days and didn't get tracking num til 2 days before it got here from us address and when asking tom Alex Vicki they said it was in New York on the 10th and would have to be sent to California and then to me lmao... I asked em if it wouldn't be easier to have it sent from NYC to KY instead of double mailing it fuck I could go to NYC in bout 12 hours n get it faster lmao. Maybe 8 depend on traffic went there couple years back on vacation and took 8 hours.

Ok I got my tracking number but not from seedsman and it's still not on website and the customer support people don't know it either lol I'm signed up for that informed delivery thru USPS so yesterday I checked it and boom my package was sent out the 13th LMFAO and will be here tomorrow and they still said they can't help me they are working on packing them so I told them well that's funny it'll be here tomorrow n Ruth laughed and apologized said I don't know know but that's sad I'm sorry and glad your postal service does that I'll tell my bosses that isn't right to you and other custkmers

I have had good expereonces with them in the past, but am not going to be using them again. They wasted my time in a manner i will not accept. Their communication method is prehistoric and they seem to do all they can to avoid answering customer queries. Much as i like thier range and price points, i wont accept having my time wasted. Growing days are precious and to loose weeks to their inefficiencies is unacceptable.
Lift your game seedsman or lose your supporters.
