This thread is a good one. Helps others to shop wisely. I might be a new grower but I’ve purchased online a ton. The impression I get from Seedsman is that they are big, and you can shop elsewhere if you don’t like their customer service!

I have a lot of redeemable points from my first and last purchase from them. It was a pretty big personal order. I’d rather let the points go to waste than to give them my business again.
 
My first order from Seedsman arrived yesterday, Saturday 1/4/2020 with everything intact. Got the email stating they'd been shipped the day before. Got the 100 seeds I ordered plus the 30 free seeds so now I have 13 different strains to play with over the next year.
We'll have to wait until next Spring to see how they do at germinating and growing.
 
Alright guys, first of all hello! This is my first review, and it is for the company SeedsMan(.com) - This is a mixed review, but hopefully this will help you in your decision when purchasing from this seed bank. (UK/SeedsMan to Australia/Victoria)

First and foremost, I've made a total of 3 orders from this company. The first order was made mid 2017 - which I paid for untracked shipping but stealth packaging. Arrived within 15 business days, no issues what so ever. Great experience! This was paid using BitCoin

Second order was placed early this year; which was un-tracked shipping but with stealth packaging - which assured a re-send if in the event they didn't arrive. This order was paid using BitCoin. After 2 failed re-sends (total 3) I requested for this order to be sent using tracked postage this time-round. Below and behold, showed up with no issues. The first 3 sends were sent between 2 different addresses, and never showed up.. Strange?

Third order was placed only just recently (about a fortnight ago) using CC with tracked & stealth shipping. Woah! No issues what so ever being that I initiated the order under tracking.

So what am I trying to say here? I am not sure and I don't want to make speculations, but it almost seems as if the first few times the second order was never really sent out. I've made orders from over seas for all different types of things, including from the UK and have never had any issues with missing items (sometimes delayed) - it just seems so coincidental that they didn't arrive only when they were sent through tracked post.

Overall, now that my orders have arrived; I'm quite happy. Only downside is that they don't offer near as many free seeds or benefits. Also buying 10 pack of seeds, you get exactly 10; none extra in the unlikely event they don't germinate. This was noted on all seed packs except for one where I got an extra 2 in a 6 pack.

For what my two cents is worth, I would suggest USE TRACKED POSTAGE, it is literally a few dollars more... But it is honestly so worth it, and saves the headache & keeps you in the loop to follow the order from country of origin to the destination country!

I got scammed by seedsman an apparently reliable company. It turned out to be a scam only recently that's why it is VERY dangerous! The insurance company of the bank that issued my credit card is currently investigating the issue. At the bank they are quite sure there is something suspicious since the money went directly to a chinese account and that is very unusual for a company from Barcelona-Spain. This "company" uses the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse for "delays" that already mention on their website so you think that waiting for months is something normal. You place the order, you pay, they give you a tracking number and you never receive the seeds. There is also a fake delivery insurance that persuades experienced users like me to purchase anyway after reading negative feedback along with positive feedback since the company has not always been a scam! With that being said they also have a customer support center that tries to keep you calm and answers your queries so you don't submit negative feedback immediately. They also made laugh of me with a very clever way after studying my reviews on trustpilot. Since I posted a previous review of another product in italian language they posted a fake review from the country I ordered (probably using vpn) using the nickname Furiozo which means "angry" in italian! FWIW, I ordered from Seedsman during the pandemic, my seeds were slow arriving, but got here, and I found communication from Seedsman regarding the order to be one of the best and most thorough that I have experienced.

And, I am very happy with germination success of the seeds I received, and unlike many other seedbanks, most of my freebies are autos, not leftover feminized strains.

Since mid December, much of the EU including Spain has been dealing with spiking Covid cases, so I suggest that we need to cut them a bit of slack. The fact that they keep operating at all right now is an accomplishment. I would order from Seedsman again if they had what I wanted at the right price.

I've ordered from Seedsman twice. Very slow shipping to the USA, imo. But every seed planted germed, mixed results. Some breeders and also certain growers are better then others.

Legit company, u will receive product.

I just had some initial problems on the order I just made with them last month. I paid with CC got confirmation from their CC Merchant and another from their processing company. Then strangely I got a third email from seedsman themselves saying the order had been canceled. It also said the same on their website when I looked up the order. I contacted them and was told that sometimes a card company will refuse an overseas payment. I called my CC company and they stated no they had not canceled the order and it went through fine and they didnt show any cancellation from the retailer either. It seemed that I was getting the run-around on my inquiries or just a quick reply to pacify me without any actual investigation into the reasons. Having PTSD and Anxiety Disorder did not help with the situation at all. I emailed them copies of the transaction from Weld Pay and Tiger One where they had both processed payment and approved order and only then did I get positive replies that they were working to fix the issue. The communication process took 6 days and spanned a weekend where they were closed. From there on out communication was very prompt and professional from the reps I communicated with. This was the first order I had made for seeds in 9 years since the loss of my growing buddy and it came with alot of anticipation and anxiety. It has been 26 days and this morning I've received emails and texts it was arriving today. It wasnt without its problems but the customer service and communication on the end was very good. The poll is closed but Im giving them a 4.8 out of 5. Provided the package arrives today as promised.
 
Package did arrive today from Seedsman. All the Factory sealed packs had nice big healthy seeds. The 14 freebies I got EVERY SINGLE ONE was very tiny. I just popped three Durban Poison given to me by a friend and one of the three seeds was very tiny. All 3 germinated and sprouted but the tiny seed sprout is about half the size of the other seed sprouts after 4 days. I just wonder if the freebie thing is just to get rid of less desirable seeds. Anyone else experience this with seedsman? Is this the norm with most seedbanks? I dont know about you but I like my women tiny and thin but my seeds I like big and robust!
 
I've ordered from Seedsman in the past and always had a great experience, until now. I entered their Holiday contest and was a winner. I did as instructed, placed the order and was told that my prize was on its way to the states. I never heard anything from them again. No tracking number, no response on the help ticket, nothing. It's been 75 days since I opened that ticket and the status still says unresolved.
 
I would trust Seedsman 100%
Only had really good experience with them myself and never heard a bad report about them before.
