I had troubles with my June promotion order through Attitude as well. My "coffee mug" made it through but the tin inside was empty. My package was covered in green customs tape. At first I was freaked out too. I had them sent to a friends address but did use my own personal account to pay for them. After I contacted Attitude they were awesome! I did have to provide pics so they knew I wasn't scamming them but they did as promised and resent me a new order through the guaranteed shipping option. So what I did is when I had my order resent it was sent as a letter to a different name/address and BINGO! they came through in less than 10 days.
From my research all over the net and I've done a ton of it on this issue the USPS will be more likely to search international packages vs letters. When seeds are sent through the guaranteed option they have to come in a package which automatically makes them more likely to be searched. When you have them sent normally they come through as an international letter. I've read quite a few more experienced guys who have quit doing the guaranteed shipping option all together to avoid this risk. Personally I prefer the guaranteed still because i cant afford to lose $50 on a seed order. As far as the Feds coming to get you that's very unlikely. Every case I've read you either get an empty package or a letter (I've seen a photocopied one) that states your item was seized due to being illegal and further attempts could result in action. I mean think of how many illegal items are seized everyday by the USPS. Do you really think the Feds have the time or money to investigate them? If they did i guarantee you there wouldn't be nearly as many seed companies willing to ship to the US. Look at Mark Emery, the main reason they went after him was because of how political he was against prohibition vs seed sales that was just an excuse to arrest him. Also consider the threat of interstate smuggling now that we have legal states in the US. I can personally confirm that weed is flooding out of Colorado into illegal states, my own state included
The Feds just don't have the time, money, or reason to pursue small time seed sales.
I feel it's important to explain my own experience and research on this because when it first happened to me I was immediately angry with Attitude and thought I'd been ripped off. After realizing that it wasn't there fault and experiencing their excellent customer service I felt really bad for not having any faith in them compared to the USPS and initially giving them a bad review. We all have to realize that these seed companies are not the enemy. They are taking a huge risk sending the seeds to the US and these companies are one of the major reasons weed is on the brink of being legalized everywhere. The real enemy is the government. I hope this helps some people out. Keep on growing everyone cuz the end of this prohibition is near.

i didn't like how dna genetics labled the front of my package with "cannabis seeds" on the outside of the package. odd that it wasn't confiscated perhaps seeds are legal in canada.
No kidding..that was my problem too. It was USPS that re-directed my package...morons...it was within a mile of my house and they sent it back to the UK. They blamed it on their automated equipment. Lucky for me the Attitude sent me out a replacement right away, got that, and a month later another package shows up on my porch..lol
I think it will be better to try getting some seeds from a Canadian seed bank. It appears most people that experience problems have ordered seeds from the UK.

ok so i ordered two orders form attitude on the 30th and the 2nd got my first order just fine second order was taking forever in chicago and now i get it today wrapped in green tape and the coffee mug only had the freeby seed card with no seeds and a message saying shame on me shame on me twice should i shut down
