Seedling leafs (first time growing)

Thank You Waira for the suggestion, i can get some materials to cut 1/3 of the sun, right now temps here are extreme 36c( 95f),
What i have down till now is get them outside in mornings and evening to get some sun light and put them back inside.

Update: down you have some photos of dayy 12.

My next move will be to transplant and leave them outside on day 15.(what you think about this).
Normally i will protect them from noon sun , but next issue will be if pots will get too hoot, thinkin to out some cold water in bootles or sheets around pots to protect it.
Please give any suggestion about this.

that heat is a worry mate,... what kind of pots? fabric will be best for heat, though it dried faster, ... it won't collect heat from direct Sun like plastic will,... shading them will certainly help, anything to reduce direct Sun on the pots if not fabric,..... ease them into the transition, and watch closely,... cutting the light by 1/3 is great, but the ambient heat is hard on them at this stage,... try to keep them out of the worst of it until bigger,... it's a pain I know, buuuuut,.....

It's pain in the ass indeed, i'm looking them as my babys .Will fight till the end and keep you update.
Thank again your help is much appreciated :D
Have a great day

Again need some help here,
What this thing with leafs can be, (photos down)

I use distilled water till now, will change to raw water today with ph correction..

Waira you are rigth, just yesterday i killed two of them and searched all the seedlings for more..
This because i left them in my garden for some time and possibly the bugs jumped here.
Hope this will stop
Dotn have any pesticide to use
Much love for the help Waira..

:pass:..nope, you're just fine on the info Bati', and you're quite welcome! It's been crazy in here this year, and one of our helpers has left, so it may take a day or so to get back to folks,.. this is all volunteer here, the entire site in fact! This section is especially difficult, and getting quality helpers here is beyond challenging,...

:cuss:-outdoor life, LOVES your plants! :crisps:... I always say, it's a war, not a battle because with highly mobile, very common bugs like that, there will always be more to take the place of what you kill at any one time! ...even if you had the right pesti's, it won't stop more from coming,..one thing to try is to keep moving them if they get hammered at a certain spot,... covering them with some window screen material can help deter some bugs as well,.. I think a mild soap, like castile, can be used to make a simple spray that can at least sicken them, or drown/kill,... has to be mild though, or it will burn the foliage,.. can't use on buds because of residues left behind,...
