Seeding Advice Please

Can someone tell me what the slight discoloration is in the first true leaves (the biggest) and if it’s something I should be worried about? This is the only plant out of three that looks like this.

I was hoping to get at least one reply. Anyway, this issue, if it was an issue at all, seems to be resolving itself. She’s started to take off. That’s the first pic. Unfortunately I’m now having issues with one of my other plants. As you can see in the other two pics the leaf edges are starting to curl under. The growth also seems to have slowed down. They other two plants that are the same age (the first pic is one of them) aren’t exhibiting either of these things. They’re on they’re third set of true leaves and working on the fourth while this one seems to be struggling to get past the second set. They’re fourteen days old. They were started in a solo cup sized plug of Happy Frog surrounded by Ocean Forest in a three gallon pot. No nutes yet. Temps ranging from 68F at night to 75F during the day. Humidity ranges from 58-63%. 18/6 light schedule under a vs1000 led light. PPFD is around 305 as measured by the Photone app. I hope someone sees this and can help me out. I’m starting to worry a little. Legitimate concerns or just Newbie anxiety?

Looks okay, perhaps a lil N tox. Just keep going, you'll be alright.

Looks good to this guy keep it up. They will sow you some fruit.

Amy is 15 days old (5gal pot) and she had some early twists and curls but it was due to over water. Shes my second run but first in soil so I’m new at that but first run I learned that twisted or curled leaves is usually over water. Which we rookies are famous for. If I’m wrong some Good Samaritan will correct me.

Also I’ve been experimenting with ppfd and lighting in relation to convenience and Amy and her sister are being raised on the sides of the tent under 100% power of a 4x4 630w with light about 54” from floor which put them about 42” as sprouts. Starting ppfd was about 500. They’ll move to the center when size demands it. They appear happy healthy so far

Yeah a quick google search turned up results that suggested overwatering could be the cause. Thing is I gave her the same amount of water as the others; maybe 20% runoff. This was the first time that I’ve soaked the pots though. I started watering the area in and just outside of the plug of Happy Frog that I started them in. I should have been watering the whole pot from the start. So overwatering could be more of a probability than a possibility. Amy’s beautiful by the way. What kind of light are you using and what’s your light schedule? What’s they’re intensity? My first grow was entirely outside except for the first couple weeks after germination so I’m super new to tent growing.

You answered my question before I got a chance to ask it. I’m getting about 305 ppfd down at the tops of the plants. Sounds like I probably need to bump it up a bit. I’m growing in a 2x2x4 so space is limited. The light is about 15” from the tallest plant. Too close?

Im a total newbie man so Id refer to the elders here for what habits to maintain but with my 2 older plants it seems as long as you’re not seeing signs of heat/light stress you’re not too close. The photone app is great I used it to find a good starting point for my distances. Im gonna err on the side of too much light until the plant tells me otherwise. I’m sure the ”best” light schedule is not what I’m doing lol but its working so far. If you’re down to experiment along the way to see what your setup is capable of then bump up your ppfd to 500-600 and see what happens. Autos dont need the 2-400 range for long at all cuz they are in veg almost immediately where you’re more in the 4-600 range. At least that’s the assumption I’m working with.
