I informed them and they offered to ship a new pack without my asking first. Rep O Meter swings back up to green again.

We'll see what happens when they ship me a new pack. There's still room for fail but they were completely willing to make it up and ship a new pack. That adds bonus points in my lazy fat consumer book.

received a pack of mossy's jems from them as a replacement today. The odd thing is they're from a company called crazy-x. Has anyone heard of them and do they have permission to be using mossy's name? Aside from that oddity there where bits of pot and stem in the pack, something I found sloppy and that could possibly endanger members. You never know when a LEO agency might try and tack on charges for transporting .01 grams.

Aside from those oddities they did hold up to their word of replacing the bunk seeds. I'm coming out neutral on this whole experience, balance of good and bad.
