New Grower seed prices REALLY!!!

wanted to go on a small rant, i was just about to place an order for some seeds and was going to order some autos as well as some photo seeds. Then i came across the auto i wanted to purchase its over 100 dollars for 10 seeds... is that REALLY NECESSARY? Honestly $126 dollars for 10 seeds that is just flat out stupid in my opinion. :no:

Where are you ordering from? And what strains? It sounds like you're buying 10 single seeds instead of a pack. In which case they would be that much. I could be wrong.

Most of the time you pay for hype.

I don't have a problem paying 60 to 80 dollars for a seed pack, but piss on that over 100 dollars for 10 seeds that more then likely will not have 100 percent germ rate and take, 10 seeds if 6 take and go then that is pretty decent 8 would be excellent but it would be rare that all 10 would take off. I understand that breeders put in alot of work, but i can't seem to think at that price i am getting bent over. In my head i can't see the justification in such a high price for only 10 seeds. 50 seeds are over $600 dollars REALLY?

I have ordered from herbies before and been very happy but i am going to hold off on this

Those are feminised seeds. That's why they're charging more. But if they all germ then you have all females. Not saying it's worth it. Just depends on what you wanna do exactly.

It is because they are fem seed's there is alot more time and energy put forth to make fem seed's so you see it in the price.

you should look at the prices of some cali connection and resreva privada price's for 10 seed's or alien tech or any top grade company you might just puke in your mouth a little bit, and that's for reg seed's the fem's are way more.

Yea it seems kinda out of hand to be honest, i don't mind paying some money for seed packs, total over all i have to date invest some serious money in my growing hobby, at some point you gotta draw the line. I do respect the breeders and the time they put in to bring great strains. If i did take the dive and pay that amount i couldn't help but feel a bit bent over, again just my opinion

A Lot of the time I'll sell fem seed at the same price as regular seed. I love to under cut the big boys with better genes.
