seed did two stem

one of my af seeds, kinda looped itself around or something as I try to recall. and it ended up sprouting two stems. should I let it grow like that or chop one? is this common or special?two stem one seed.
my seeds have needed a lot of attention as far as helping them sprout out of its shell and peeling the leafs open seems needed a lot and other help. they haven't did well without a lot of starting attention. do you all have same issues? some seeds are strong but most need help getting going.i use tweezers or to help remove shell and open leafs. they try but you can tell when the seed is failing to get out and open.

I soak thick napkin with seeds in its fold,then put in large zip loc bag and I blow air in it then dark warm storage for three days,they have a small root started. then I plant. I would like to wait for longer root,but I lost seeds one time by leaving in napkin too long. so now I try to plant at first sign of root out of seed.
my pics are never good.but heres a try.i took pics of different things.
one is the two stem from single seed,the seed did a funny twist and sprouted two stems.
theres another pic of that really wide leaf plant.i only buy sativa,but its looking like indica many times.
then theres a pic of one that's struggling to make it,but I think its good.
I had one seed shrivel up when planted,it couldn't open strong and I didn't help it soon enough.
