Nutrients Second grow/first auto questions: Stick with Greenleaf or switch to Advanced

I think for this next grow I’m going to stick with mega and add in recharge. Maybe after the stimulus check comes in I’ll buy the advanced starter pack. I noticed you grow hydro and I’m thinking about growing a third Mephisto in coco along with my other 2 in soil this go around. I know nothing about coco but it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out. I do have a separate question regarding autoflower growing and Mephisto genetics. Can I grow in 2 gallon pots with soil or coco? I grew last time in 3 gallon but would like to use 2 if possible.
I grew an 80g plant in a solo cup using GreenLeaf so of course you can do it. The question is do you have the practice. Coco and soil are way different medias and both require different methods.

I hand water. Always have always will.
I would like to rig up something using hydro halos or rain rings but I worry about uneven water flow.

That is really awesome! Did you use soil or coco in the solo cup?

That is really awesome!! I haven’t read much about using rockwool but that makes me want to research it. I would much rather have several plants that size vs 2 or 3 plants at a time.
Here in California we have a six plant limit. I have a 4x6 grow space and fooled around with potential maximum plants in a sea of green arrangement and I could maybe double my current 6 plant yield of ~900g but the logistics of actually doing it - I am way too lazy and want to remain legal.

If I could grow outdoors in a green house with organic soil that would be Nirvana. My next choice would be Organic Soil indoors. I have a bad back and big heavy pots of soil will not happen and I really do not have the physical space needed to nurture enough soil to rotate through my indoor space. So I ended up going hydro where pumps do all of the heavy lifting. I really like DWC. You can get amazing results. It is not for the part time grower as it needs attention multiple times a day. It gets too hot here to run DWC because water will not hold enough dissolved oxygen when it gets warm. Then I was introduced to rock wool at a trade show and it works for me. It solves the oxygen problem with a dry-back every night that pulls the air into the block. Remember it is still hydro and all forms of hydro are less forgiving than good soil!
