Less is more especially when GLN says MC has everything you're adding more of in to it except for the mycos. I did the same thing with GH Bute line and while my yield was great the bud was alright and my pockets were emptied to achieve the same results that I could have gotten using only the 3 part main formula lol.

I'm running mega crop only for a few grows to see how I like it. So far it has elicited smells that weren't as present the first time I grew these specific phenos. Either way I'll sub to this as it will be interesting

Thank you for the input. From what I have been reading about maintaining a healthy soil microbes population is that you need to feed them just like the plants. That’s why I added the sweet candy and kelp. The ancient earth with help with nutrient uptake also. I am not sure if I will need to use the cal mag pro but I ran into cal mag issue with my last grow. Using LEDs with coco mixed in the soil I expecting to see cal mag issues. .

yeah you might need the calmag but the rest isn't necessary to a healthy microbe population because ideally the plant and microbiology should be feeding each other. The plant should release carbs for the microbes to consume and the microbes will aid in nutrient uptake, pathogen resistance, etc.

Nutrients are a money sink and the more I've reduced nutrient usage the better my buds have become. Try it out then try it without everything else you might vs surprised

Subbed up. I want to watch this too since I'm currently nearing the end of my first grown with FF coco loco and their 13 nutes line with calmag as well. I agree it's alot of mixing come feeding time and I'd love to reduce some of that for a future grow. I've got so dang much left over, though, I'll be using the same stuff for my second go. I'm having success, though, so not complaining.

I used there entire line up also. But I made my own schedule using both their gringo rasta line with their soil line. These two are tangerine dream. They are about to be harvested. These are from my first grow indoors or outdoors. I think they will be a pretty decent smoke for my first try.

I agree to that nutrients are a money pit for sure. Mega crop is super reasonably priced. I just grow for personal use and I want to grow nice plants but don’t want to drain the bank doing so. I will give straight mega crop a go next run for comparison.

Yah, I'm having to do some stuff a little different from FF Soil Feeding Schedule, but not much deviation. Using Coco Loco outta the bag though, not any of that Ocean or Frog stuff. I might post a pic or two but they're still in early and mid flower. I had some rough weeks getting dialed in and getting everything needed (still waiting on a couple fans as a matter of fact) and I stunted a week or so early on I figure. But, live and learn. Looking forward to my second go around.
