It’s not necessarily accurate. A lot of stuff is clouded but Mylar is only best if you have it completely flat and I mean 100% like a freshly pressed shirt loool
@Del boy is right tho Matt white paint is more effective as u can slap it on again and again and has the same effectiveness as mylar
Its all about how the light gets reflected without usable light being obsorbed or redirected.
The light bounces of the object (wall) and goes down onto the plants.
Has to be flat for a clear bounce or reflect cos if its got wrinkles or uneven it wichange the lights direction and not get spread evenly. Flat white paint has the ability to reflect between 75-85% of the light, and does not create hotspots.
