Must be the phone filter your using dude, it’s the image is rebuilt almost like an animation. I like the look but back in the early photoshop editor editions it was a long winded process to achieve.

You can see the photo looks like an animation close up, it’s quite a cool effect. possibly and in camera settings you may have turned on.
I used to use this effect for smoothing out excessive grain.
You may actually find the setting is in noise reduction, or noise reduction is on high.

It was 4x zoom so it's probably that.
Can’t wait to grow her again, honestly now I have a feeling for her needs I really would like to try her on a steady feeding schedule.
