God damn it Sang, you come in here, showing off, growing kick ass plants and then daring to start one of the best training techniques out there (of which you are going to kill it) who the hell do you think you are!?
Lol cheers for the vote of confidence @Dazed but theres still a good chance i could make a complete balls of this!
Im away for 6 days here now, got a plant sitter but im a little nervous! I'll have an update next wednesday when im home.
Hows that soil brewing mate?
Hi I saw the caning above and I am trying a little experiment with my chocolate orange auto so I thought I would chime in. I just started seeing hair few days ago and it was getting tall already so I decided to bend the side branches down at a 90 degree but I bent them back towards the plant at a 45 degree also so the bent limbs form a octagon like circle around the plant. Now most of the branches are at the same height and all the smaller branches are turning up almost like a scrog. I cleaned all the lower limbs that didn't look like they would reach the canopy. When I say bend, I cropped them hard. They didn't even slow down. It's giving them excellent light pen. and having all the limbs at same height should be interesting. If the main top stretches to much I'll just bend it over too but I won't break that one. Anyway what's life without a little risk lol. I feel like Dr Dankinstien. LOL come check out the results in about 6 weeks give or take.
I have the problem of my plants not getting vertical enough......the first one i had goin i stunted accidentally bc of timer issues......it spent more time in the dark than in the light.......which i think seriously hurt her on my vertical goals.....
But all in all shes filling in nicely and should get 30 45 grams or so id figure dried.......
Not bad for first plant and stunting her the first week if thats how she turns out........
I did bend one branch down a bit to see if supercropping would take in this strain and shed pulled herself back up by this morning.....so well she how the bud on that single branch does............
