Live Stoner Chat Sanctuary

By chance do any of you have a ELT 400 watt ballast for HPS/CMH? This was the only ballast my girlfriend could get that would work for a CMH light. The problem is, it came with no instructions on how to wire it. It is all in Spanish and fuck if I know what is going on with the wiring other than where one of the ground wires go. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Oh STANKO, you are a life saver!!! Thank you brother. I see both grounds go into the same. That seems strange to me, but oh well. You saved me brother. Thanks a million!!!. One question. does it matter which side is used for the plug or the lamp?

I got that one a little while ago NC420. That made me even more lost. I am not a handyman nor am I good with wiring. To be honest, it scares the shit outta me. I am always afraid I'm gonna blow something up. Those diagrams are like reading Hungarian to me..lol. But thank you none the less for trying to help :D Stanko has the same gear it seems and the wiring is the same :D Thank you both!
 
This one is a different design. If you take a look at the one Stanko posted, you can tell they have changed their set up

well i wanted it to be grounded to help prevent death. :) not sure if that is the way to do it..


do you have separate parts or is it pre wired like mine.

Its easy brother, I'm by no means electrically educated and I do my own light wiring...
Usually there are 2 COM wires and 1 120v wire and a couple ground wires, It's just trial and error my friend...
Do you know anybody that could do it for you?

lol if you in the uk dude, dont play the trial and error game.. big difference in uk us power..
