It was tablespoon. It called for 3-5 tablespoons per gallon or 1 per quart. I went a little milder than that thinking I could stretch it out a bit. I don't think I even used a full tablespoon.
 
I will just use it as a soil drench and hope that works. These thips have me considering hydro or hempy. I like the taste of soil grown weed but these muthafuckin thrips are making this stressful as hell.

Time to break out the A/C units, It's 100f in my room(my GR exhaust leads to my room) and my greenroom is 80f...
Woke up in a puddle of sweat, This is one of the smaller things that I sacrifice for my girls though.Sleep...

It's like sweet and sour sauce... neither excists or is recongnizable without the other.. gotta have contrast or things are bland.
I will never spray my foliage with anything but water again. This is what pyrethrin did to my plants when mixed and used as directed. This was worse than the neem oil burn.
The worst part is that there are still thrips crawling around, WTF? I am a little sad and very pissed.
I mixed 1 tablespoon per quart and sprayed before the lights went off for 5 hours.

I remember 1 tsp per gallon as well.. also... lights off until dry.. thats probably phytotxicity you're seeing there (sensitive to light due to the spray).

I KNOW.... firsthand! soil drench should be ok.... but here's what i ended up doing:
neem oil (as you know)
plus lady bugs... and when i saw the little fuckers comin back again... more lafy bugs and... secret weapon.. cucumeris!
