I just started fertigating a couple of days ago and I'm growing in Royal Gold Tupur Coco Coir. My seedlings are in 1/2 gallon fabric bags. Just to be sure not to burn my babies, I rinsed and double buffered my coco and measured my coco runoff to 100 ppm. I fertigated to 20% runoff with 300 ppm seedling mix (coco for cannabis guidelines/ general hydro products) and when I measure the runoff it is reading 150 ppm. This is the second seedling that has come up with that measurement for runoff and I verified that I was in the same mode on the beter measuring in and out. Any ideas? Thanks!!

The coco is binding to some of the elements - calcium and magnesium and minor bits of all of them. I do not put much stock in run-off measurements as they are inconsistent. Just make sure your input nutrients are balanced and PHed to 5.8-6.0 and you achieve a~20% run-off at the end of the day whenever you fertigate. Coco benifits from a nutrient flush at least twice during the grow. Once at the beginning of flower and one midway through flower. Just mix whatever nutrient blend you are running at the time to 50% strength PH 5.8-6.0 and flush with 100% of the pot volume. Do this slowly so you do not wash out the microbes just any salt build up.

Thanks, @Mañ'O'Green

After I diluted my input nutes from full-strength (ph was 6.1 for full strength) the ph was 6.35. That is too high, eh? Here is a pic of what the little buggers look like at this point.

Yes, it is best to go in the pot 5.8 to 6.0 for coco.
