If we cant run a bunch of polls then i vote the poll is for overall best nug. If there is a vote and if my vote even counts.
think like a contest for the best cover photo worthy bud or something.
Everybody can grow a sexy bud, but not all of us can use a 10gal pot and grow 10 foot trees lol.
If we cant come to some kind of consensus then ill suggest the communal grow again.
Its all good tho, im growing regardless but i think itd be fun to be growing with some other peeps!

Yeah yield is a tough one I agree. I am not in the biggest grow area, but it's whatever works for all of you. Three 5 gallon bags in my tent is even pushing it to the max, as you can see... Tent is holding up the outer bud sites honestly lol. I'm planning on only running two in this tent though for the competition so they are not crowded out like these girls are getting

Yield per watt seems decent enough though... Then it's an even playing field. That's my take, but hey idk if it even matters

The way I see it best bud pic on a black background with flash only no tweaking of the photo I think may be best simply bc yields are very strain related and even very much phenotype related I've got one like this Hubbabubasmelloscope x samsquach x 24 carat I selfed 2 different Hubbasquach to them selves every time I've run this strain even with 24carat throne in one is a super dense bud structure very think main cola doesn't like topping ect and the other isn't as big a yielder about an oz different in 1,2,3gal fabric pots it's normaly more but that is average between all 3 pot sizes so that's one of the reasons also if u can really regulate temps especially high temps have good light and even have half a clue with feeding directions them ur grams per watt will be better than even then the same guy who has heat problems so those are some reason why I'm saying grams per watt is hard to use. I would love to do a 1gal grow off or 2liter soda bottle or hawian punch bottle grow off I think that would be awesome. If anyone has an idea to make it even like all plants must be topped by 6th node has to be grown in 1 gal or has to be 2 plants grown in 1 2 gal both topped or 1 topped 1 natural idk just thinking out loud

If it were me I'd remove the tower fan and replace with a couple clip ons

Standardising the pot size is a good shout. You can bring yield into the equation on a level playing field. So maybe just 2 criteria, a photo poll (bud or plant) and yield (straight up, no per watt)?

Arrrggghhh! I cut all my 3 gal pots down to 2 gal so I could squeeze all my "stuff" into the space. I suppose I could put em into something smaller. They just started back growing after taking a week off from the last transplant. Good idea though. I do have some extra seeds here if ya'll want do a small pot thing. Plus I hope to be harvesting grow1 this weekend so that will free up some space. I'm easy and will make something work. Not like this is a $5k comp. I'm just here for fun.

Id have to wait to start anything else but i think thats probably as 'bout even a playing field as we will get!
Id be game for anything from 1gal up to 5gal. I dont have the space to do anything larger than that tho i dont think.
As an aside, i and several of the hottchat crew will hopefully end up doing a communal grow journal.
Its in the works, i like to get these sorta things tidy before its opened up but i know personally id luv it if any of yall or anyone else in afn, wanted to jump in and record a grow in a friendly, organized group environment.
Timing wise ill be starting the thread up in early october, no sorta time restraints, ya can jump in whenevs yad want.
Anywho, im elevated and in a ramblin mood afn, sorry bout that!

That is kinda wat I was going for its just for fun and to push the limits of the plants but us growers aswell I would be down for 1gal as space is limited
