Nice clean growspace my OCD thanks you lol.
Ha, minimalism is an obsession with me. Here's another shot where I have ladders and beams and nail hinges everywhere, it looks a bit dodgy but it's rock solid...

I agree but I love to see it and to do it I like photos but they were a bit boring for me and my ADHD so I went to autos now so far like the hubbasquach 24 I've seen the same overall structure of the hubbasquach but some traits of 24carat and so far so good with repeatability will no more in 1 month but it expensive for good seeds but if u buy 10 seeds then run them all take 2 nicest from all runs then chose which ones or one u want grow out a few again take best but do a full pollination with sts then u got lots of seeds that would be either of the 2 or a combo that is similar to some of wat I did and one of the hubbasquach cross out weigh the original by over an oz so that's why I do it also time space and stealth also make perpetual photo grows more complicatedI want a autoseeds Gorilla glue and mephisto Double grape cross.lol. I used to phenohunt and clone plants but got bored with it so I switched to autos for more variety but growing so many diffrent strains and phenos is hard. And finding that prized pheno takes a long time usually. I had a train wreck phenotype that was outta this world and a sensi seeds Northern lights pheno that was such a beautiful plant and smoked liked a dream I wish I still had the mother plants.
Lol looks like a movie shoot. The Mylar dosent make that big of a diffrence. Plain white walls reflect light as well. But it dosent hurt. Is there a reason you don't purchase a tent to fit the area? It makes hanging lights and controlling the environment easier. My issue was height of my basement ceilings. I had to rip up the floor and dig down another 10 inches to for my 4x8 and 4x4 bc they are 7 1/2 feet tall. But i should have just built the entire room into a grow space but I like to have diffrent environments for diffrent stages of growth as well so tents were cheaper than the materials to build it and they can be moved if need be.i have a huge pole barn I'm gonna convert when they legalize it. I've already gathered 90% of the materials to do it bc my state promised legalization would go through 6 months ago but they dropped the ball and didn't follow through. I also got two huge connex shipping containers I can convert easily too. I wanted to bury them underground to help regulate temperate and save on power bill. And use solar panels for my water pumps and irrigation system. Just waiting for our state reps to get their damn shit together.Ha, minimalism is an obsession with me. Autos don't need diffrent light cycles but like you said diffrent stages of growth require diffrent needs and tents are cheap and setup to make things easy. And it makes controlling the environment easier and helps hide everything. I bought a 8x4 flood table to catch all the waste water and drain into a 30 gallon tote with a pump on a float switch. I'm hand watering now but I have a drip irrigation setup as well to make everything completely automated. I also have my whole grow Alexa enabled and have a sensor push environment monitor for when I'm away from home I can see what my temp and humidity is and it logs all the data as well. I've accumulated these things over a long time and always reinvest my money to grow and have better equipment. But there is alot of overpriced stuff out there just gotta do your research is all. I love growing and prolly spend more than I should but it's a addiction at this point. But with how great your grows come out you could really go to the next level with some little upgrades that hardly cost a dollar just simple DIY stuff. I make my own environment controllers for 9 bucks.Regarding Mylar, for me it's just to look pretty, but I agree the difference is minimal. I'm renting an old house but there is this peculiar space that used to be an old laundry. Thing is I don't have any big deal equipment, just a couple of $5 timers and a fan, no exhaust or extractors, I just have to deal with the weather as it presents. I was at 80%RH a couple of days ago with a lot in flower so that's not good. But now it's down to 45% which is also not great for the vegging stuff, but I'm tending these days to cut down on complication.
I got a bit of bud rot on my last ginormous Think Big, so I'm keeping grows a bit smaller and more easily manoeuvred around. Each pot has it's own reservoir so when I move stuff I rearrange the plumbing and I do this often (OCD remember). This just couldn't happen in a tent as without proper climate control I need good all round access. I only lost about half an ounce to bud rot so I think I can manage it but we are coming into the dry period now anyway, so I'm always weighing up how to make all the different parameters balance. For me this works really nicely, I'm sure it would drive other people crazy.
In fact the moment it dawned on me that autos meant that there's no need to isolate plants in a dark cycle, that it freed me up to start smaller grows at anytime, so Autos pretty well make tents obsolete unless a compact controlled environment is essential. I cannot tell you how much I hated the 12 hour dark period for photoperiods, I need the freedom to fiddle endlessly anytime.
It's genetic. I've grown a bunch of Skywalkers and they always yield smaller than average. The buds great but still yield is low. I had one that I litterally treated like a baby and made sure she always had everything she needed and only the best and still she stayed small. There's 1 phenotype that's a larger yielder but after 15+ on them grown I never got it. I still have 5 seeds left but I can't put that much effort and time into a plant that yields that much.@Tyler_Durden88 Week 10/11? Update
Skywalker is officially sucking ass. A healthy plant of good size and structure with no sign of problems is just not stacking buds. Small, dense buds all over her that are extremely frosty. She smells almost like Juicy Fruit gum right now. At roughly 80 days and more cloudy trichs as she approaches finishing, I’m a bit disappointed and not sure what I’ve done wrong. Probably nothing I had this exact problem with my SODK it was 2x the size of any other SODK I've grown but only yielded a half oz more again quality was there but was not happy with yield@Tyler_Durden88 Week 10/11? Update
