@Tyler_Durden88, that's some serious shit you got going down there.

Hi Fitzy, No I like the QB Elites a lot, they work well and are light and maneuverable. I had them running at 210W at one stage but like you I prefer them down around 160W, at the moment I'm using one on 90W. Testing the qb against a purple plus a white cob, is just for my own research. To my magical way that I view the world, it appears to me that the cannabis it self is directing what I do. I'm only growing for my own pleasure so I'm heading in a direction where the form of the plant has to be attractive to me. I'm growing them like orchids.

https://postimg.cc/gallery/lbkcja4k/ here's some shots from right now, from the top it's a rich canopy but from the side they look a bit like Cedars of Lebanon with they layers of flatish form. And you can see the supporting structure. I don't really have a grand plan at this stage I'm just trying to get inside the mind and soul of the cannabis deva. I enjoy fiddling about and re plumbing all my lines when I move my pots around so it all looks nice.
Sounds alot more complicated than it is.

Ya man I've heard from some long time grows and they said most people have the cal mag pro also have a p or k problem as well I don't no how accurate that is but as u said there are others that look similar. I also wonder about cal mag bc in my situation I'm thinking it could be a small mix of that an p or k I will have to run a few of the same an do experiments to see bc the problem only really is a problem in late flower that's when leaf damage occurs anyway one day fine next day cal def , is tox and def similar in appearance like the some of the others
Sounds like ph might be a possible issue as well. If your getting leaf damage and discoloration. What's your water source? Well or tap and what's the ppm before adding nutrients. Do you have sulfur in your water?

I sold my old viparspectra with three separate channels and instantly regretted it, this was after I got some QB elites. Sold it for what I paid as I got it at a bargain price. So I just happen to have a scan on eBay and no one was bidding on this HP750 so I bid 180 and got it for 150, delivered. It's worth 380. I was going to sell it because I didn't really want that particular one but I switched it on to discover that they've changed the spectrum to something I like. OK so I just adjusted to that, then a couple of days ago I discovered that I won the Mars Hydro TS-2000, which I'd never have bought. So suddenly I have the Mars and the Vipar, so it looks like I don't have much choice here. The Mars looks pretty good, probably do the same as two QB96's running at 320W. This has all worked out well because I've just decided to change over from growing monster plants to trying to grow lots of different boutique bonsai type plants.

@Tyler_Durden88 Here's my Week 4 battle Update: day 28 for me.

The biggest problem I've found with LEDs that alot of people don't talk about is how they loose intensity and their spectrum changes as well over time and use. Certain LEDs aren't made with long term growing in mind. My bloombeast has a 5 year warranty and a warranty that garuntees no more than 10% loss over the 5 years. Spectrum king led has the same type of warranty as well. But spectrum ki vs lights where a little outdated and I am waiting for some newer tech from them and a lower price would be nice too lol. When I look at a led grow light I look at the components and bands of spectrum. Also watt draw at the wall and ohms.

White cracks flowering fast and the Forgotten cookies not far behind them. The Humbolt OG kushs are unusual. They are long tall thin growing plants so I topped one and LST the other to see what works better. The Humbolt bubba kush is typical pre 98 bubba kush in appearance so far. Short and fat with big wide fan leafs. I topped both of them but one had a defect from seed and I was hoping it would grow out of it but so far it's being a pain in the ass and may be on death row soon. All the autoseeds ones behind them are growing fast and strong and didn't get any transplant shock. I can't get enough of their GSC strain. Its everything I love in a plant. Fast growing strain that responds great to training, medium feeder, and has a perfect leaf to bud ratio. And all the buds are nice big and dence and sweet smelling. The one I just cut down way way to early to stop from pollinating my future grows is still really good and yielded almost 3 oz. I've grown alot of GSC and this ones my favorite. A true original. The autoseeds 2nd leg battle is gonna be mine for the taking if they stay healthy. But for this battle the white crack looks like it will prolly be the contender bc she flowered first. I'll take new pics tom. These are a few days old.

In my bizarro world my only two beans so far I have not topped are super short squat little annoying dipshits. OK Trippy Gorilla has one of them genetic defects you speak of, whatever it was weird and twisty. Now my WW is like 2 inches tall. On the other hand every plant I top grows lots of main stems each one bigger than had I left it. Although I will be testing this next grow. I'm not sure if it's the hydro or what. All your girls looking pretty good very relaxed and healthy.

Absolutely no question about it what you say is correct but it's a different world. If I had unlimited funds I'd go for heavy duty quality. And with the price of LEDs, like look at that new Mars Hydro TS-2000 it appears identical enough as a supplier of photons to a pair of QB Elites. But in Australia you'd pay$1200 for that or $700 if you imported them and built it yourself. But now that TS2000 is on eBay for $400. A photon is a photon and however it's produced or however far it's travelled all that matters is how many of them and their wavelength so the price has come down for the small grower to the point where it does not matter even if you replaced your lights every two years well within their lifetime, this is a completely different world to the professional level that you describe. From my perspective it's more of a hobby like orchid growing, except with fringe benefits.

btw, I've accidentally hit upon a bit of an idea from my Pink Grapefruit, there's four main colas, which were the top two, so it was on a tall stem, but I ended up pulling the entire stem over and in the clay pellets it just buries itself and then it starts to root and the four colas all start from the surface.

Ya I'm trying to learn how keep them almost 1 bud, single cola plants like this pic but that awesome I love people who don't grow the cookie cutter grows its great and refreshing to see keep it up they look great

Thats some good well water mines over 300ppm that's why I had to get a filter. 900ppm is pretty high for an autoflower. Mine stay around 500ppm during flower and 250-300ppm during veg.

I'm doing some tests now with feed but I've always had problems with not enuff I use the get slight tip burn and back off 200ppm or so eighth now I'm at 700ppm this run but I'm always trying new strains like my ultimate it would eat it's self if it got less than 900ppm so as everyone knows some love that some don't. So I think I should knock down to 500ppm for a few days see wat happens I've got some test plants including the ones in this battle thanks for info and time my friend

Hso Blue dream auto day 28 update. black bucket. Stretching like crazy so had to dig out the burnt out purples to try and help stop. If they stretch to much i just throw em out in the sun.
