haaaa....that was pretty obnoxious. I could get a marketing position at advanced nutrients...
Seriously tho, I did kinda stumble on a pretty cool way to get bigger colas. I had this Cindy Jack that I stunted in veg, I couldn't lst it because it barely grew before it started bloiming, it ended up all bud with no stems, so I had to bend the colas out to get light to them since it was so crowded. I kept bending them out and pushing them back. I noticed some of the buds were kinda popping out and turning into small colas themselves
So I had a ln Auto Euforia going and decided to mess around with bending them more. First I broke the stems so they stuck out at an angle, like a 7, so the cola was horizontal. Then I priced out the individual buds, and bent them back towards the stem. I kept doing this every few days till the stayed in that position.
these pics are sideways, imagine rotating them 90° to the right. Anyway, so the buds start making a bunch of little colas growing out of the main one. Here she is today at day 90...
Please excuse the shitty deficient plant...I'm having a biblical fungus gnats infestation. I think it's that...I've also done a couple stupid things like letting it get too close to the light for a few days, and when I woke up one morning and was all discombobulated I poured the jar of tap water for the humidifier instead of the jar of nutes in there...and had the humidifier spraying must onto the bottom leaves which was dripping into the pot and didn't notice for a while...my shame...
Yes. Well. You can see they really bulk up when you do this, and I hope you all take a page from the book of the bent bud!
