New Grower Round two. Zkittlez autos

Those should be killer plants with those 2 strains id I'd imagine some beautiful colors in the flowering and the end stage maybe drop temps a tad to help with it and I know it's not advised and i don't know if I'd tempt it but seen blogs about depriving strains that are known for colours of phosphorus but you'd have to know your nutes really good or figure out the ph balance that locks it out or sumn but I'd be afraid of causing other probs and deficiencies but there's several sites that go on in depth about this.
Oh it will be cooler for sure during the end of next round. It will be getting to heater season most likely. Plus I only have one more because I'm not running year round

Oh snap, why not year round? Imma run every day of every week lol

Last winter we got to -50F with the wind chill here haha. It was like negative in the garage

So I'm thinking a light upgrade is in order sometime soon. After this grow. I think I'm going to go quantum board route from hlg. I have been looking at two of them pretty seriously for awhile.

The first is the 260w V2 Rspec board with the xl heat sink. This is $370 for the complete kit including driver, boards, and xl heat sink that is just long enough to cover the entire tent, 2.9 feet in my 3 foot tent. This one is dimmable 135-285 watts. I was thinking about this one only with the xl heat sink so that I could space the two boards out and get good coverage over the whole tent instead of just from the center. Here is the link to check them out... https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/collections/kits/products/260w-xl-qb-v2-led-kit

The second board I was looking at was the 320 w V2 Rspec with xl heat sink. This is literally the exact same as the first one with the addition of a third board. At $485 this is much more pricey. https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/collections/kits/products/320w-xl-qb-v2-led-kit

Both of these run the 288v2 Rspec boards, it's just the quantity of boards that changes, with meanwell drivers. I have never ran a quantum board and have only used an Amazon LED to this point so I'm a little noob like when it come to this decision. Right now I'm pulling almost 400 watts from the wall and these pull significantly less. I'm worried that they might now be as efficient as standalone units in my 3 X 3 tent. If anyone has any suggestions or if you think I'm way wrong about power levels with only one of these lights let me know. And if you think that I should go with the triple board, the 320w,or the double board the 260w and why. Thanks guys!

Aw Cool Cool I am thinking adding QBs

Oooh light talk, i want in on this!

Ive got both autocobs and the qbs, if i could go back id probably not buy the autocobs and id get another qb lol.
Before you get set on hlg, check mars hydro. Youll get a lil more bang for your buck, my 150w hlg qb was 199 and i had to put it together myself.
My 150w mars hydro ts1000 qb was 129, plug and play.
I myself think having multiple seperate boards is probably more useful than the 1 big board, more spacing options and such.
I freakin luv the qbs tho yo, the spread is great in my tents, the dimmer function is baller. Great lights so far!
Another lighting option im intrigued by lately is the sp series from mars hydro. Some other sort of led array, looks like a good light for the whole grow cycle

Just been stuck on these hlg lights because they are supposed to be some of the best in the market. I want to get better stuff, or else I would just stick with this light haha not to say I'm not open to other lights, just why I have been specifically looking at those
