New Grower Roots out growing the pot

My roots are starting to outgrow my 10L pot, I'm on day 37, I believe its started the stretch as its growing up quite fast but I'm assuming the roots have a lot more growing to do. Is this a proplem?

Perfectly fine, they will air prune themselves (die) and tell the other roots to spread out. They have reached a wall and must fill all the space now.

I had Smart/fabric pots that had roots stuck to them no matter how many times I washed/brushed them. Eventually I toss the Smart pots and start with new ones. Except this time I am using airpots.

I don't intend on reusing them as they are so cheap to replace. I was just worried about the roots being exposed to the light. Thanks for your input!
