cant really tell anything from that pic, they might look a bit dis-coloured but that could be from the nutrients, as already stated, the root growth does slow down when the plants go into flower as she is more interested in putting out flowers
as long as you have plenty of air going into her res you should be alright, and make sure no light is getting into her root zone, also looks like she needs topping up as the water level is quite low, also if you can check the temprature of the water as this is alos a key factor in dwc
