Root Rot?

Ok so I got a WW in DWC Res temps about 74 black buckets ( I know I should paint white) but I heard root rot should not start at this temp, plus im using hygrozyme and SubCulture-B, Could the brown stuff be good bacteria?

What brown stuff? are you sure it's not the hygrozyme? If you are having rot problems hydrogen peroxide and then reinoculate beneficial bacteria the next day.
