Indoor Rookie Grow - Northeast - Summer 2019

a stunted plant still gives bud :smokeit: but :yoinks: looking great this grow round :pass:
good luck n keep er lit
:pighug:

A stunted plant indeed still grows bud! I just figured since I’m running coco drain to waste - I would just be wasting a lot of nutes and taking up tent space that could be used for bigger yielding plants

After my previous grow that was a bust, I realized I was trying way too hard and being waayyy to meticulous about different nutrients, etc. (newbie shit lol) instead of just keeping it simple at first... growing pains will teach you just how important pH levels are! I'm now sticking with coco as my medium and using CANNA Coco A&B -- they have a lot of idiot-proof information on their website and have a calculated feeding chart to help newbies like myself get started -- and my plants have been thriving!! :joy:

Hey folks! Thought I'd check in and give y'all an update as I'm a couple weeks out from my first harvest :jump: 3 of the plants were Mephisto freebies - DBC (Deep Blue Chem)xSour Bubbly - and they're are marvelous:drool: I've got three other plants (NL Auto and Cheese) that are in different stages of flower but the Mephistos are getting close! I have a digital microscope on the way that I'll use to keep an eye on the trichomes... but what do you guys think about flushing your plants and then harvesting in sections since I'm planning on the bottom buds to take longer to ripen?

lookin fab & nice lil refresher journey, thx  ppp

I plain water last couple if she’s got a healthy store of nutrients in her medium. Why wash the away lol. I always stagger their harvest. Tops and then 1-3 weeks later the rest of the plant. Usually takes at least ten days to get over her haircut and start to amber up the lowers. Two weeks and they are fatter. 3 and it looks like a whole different plant. By that time your tops are useable and you can really fine tune harvest up or down depending on effects from tops.
