Grow Mediums Rockwool and autos

I've heard that varying nutrient solutions and ph levels can stress the plant. Unless this is just with coco coir. I test my runoff to see exactly how much ppm my plants are eating then adjust it to keep the ppm in the root zone a little above what their eating to keep them in the sweet spot and not overwhelm them with excess nutrients. This is what I did in my coco grows. I know there's gonna be a learning curve with rockwool and expect setbacks and problems. You said you do drip to waste When you say drip do you mean actually drip or a controlled 250-500ml shot of feeding solution ?
I do not find the plants get stressed by my method. The PH is always in range 5.6 to 6.2. Letting it wander will allow the different nutrient to pass through their sweet spot. Letting the PPMs cycle does not hurt them either as long as they are getting enough.

Using run-off for anything is a bad idea. I have had run-off readings as high as 2000PPMs when in the root zone it was 500PPM Just worry about what you put in.

Yes I have drippers 1 GPH pressure compensating so that each plant gets nearly identical fertigation amounts. It is not perfect but very close.

I've increased my yield by at least 25% by doing runoff tests and watchingnthe plants apitite. It's a easy thing to do. I totally agree on the ph thing it's not accepted by many ppl but I believe plants can actually secrete chemicals to lower and raise the ph of the medium and nutrient solution to get access to nutrients they need. This is a newer theory but there is science to support it. As far as the drippers I'm not very familiar with them. My plan was to hook up my little sub pump in my nutrient solution and pump it via 1/4 water line to the flora caps in a line and dial it in to where I want it. Dialing it in is gonna be a nightmare. Getting even water displacement to every cap is gonna require alot of time and patience and measuring. Not looking forward to it lol.

The knowledge that plants (all plants) exude all manor of things from their roots is not new science. "The Term "Rhizosphere" was introduced for the first time by the German scientist Hiltner(1904)to denote that region of soil which is subjected to the influence of plant roots." In DWC when the plants really turn on the flower production I have had the PH swing from 5.8 to 4.7 in 4 hours.

Get a stronger pump and use pressure compensating drip emitters; unless you plan on living in the tent with your plants.

Things being purposed and excepted are two diffrent things most ppl dont agree with the theory. I still argue with people over the fact that transplanting autos gives faster growth wich it does depending on medium. I have 6 diffrent pumps strongest being 3/4 HP. My eco plus will be fine I got ball valves and am just gonna work myself backwards adjusting I've done it before but not with such small amounts of water. The only factor that's hard to dial in for me is when the pump first starts and has air in the line sometimes. There's soooo many videos and guides on rockwool and all contradict each other. But that's always the issue when researching online. There's so much bad advice and people giving false information it's crazy. There's one guy in particular that I see alot on youtube. He's bald headed and sells overpriced grow equipment and everything he says is so far from the truth it blows my mind he's able to even stay in buisness.

Damn I didnt get any notifications on replies but thank you everyone! I'm about to start another grow but I'm debating on live soil or rockwool and I'm not sure if I want to do my autos or photo plants, I have some great strains of both. I might start with autos and add photos in the tent towards the last couple weeks of flowering. @Mañ'O'Green great plants!!! I'll be starting my 3rd grow in a few weeks
