Seeing good amount of amber already so think she’s actually gonna come down day 70! Well prob 72 cuz if good on day 70 I’ll prob put her in dark 2 days before I chop her! :smokeit:

So Auto mixer got 2 days in the dark and got the chop last night! Wound up chopping her on day 70 and thinking she’s gonna be some dank! :headbang:
Crazy how I can have plant in my bedroom while it’s growing and I’ll rarely notice the smell but chopped this 1 and can def smell it now that it’s been moved to office to dry! Damn thing stinks up entire rest of the house! Smelled it second I walked in garage like 30min ago when I got home! :woohoo1:

Managed to also get this plant stabilized on top of drying rack and clipped into place so I could dry her standing up! Gave it a really good wet trim so should be minimal trimming needed once dry so should be able to use my basting brush to just brush remaining leafs right off EASY PEASY!

On 1 front auto mix girl is looking soopa doopa fly and drying her standing upright on top of the good wet trim I did she is gonna be a breeze to baste them leafs off! I’ll get a fresh pic soon! :pop:
In other news I been getting into making my own pest sprays and nutrients fermenting diff things so I read something really good to use is dandelions and even tho late in season we had a good rain recently and a bunch popped up so pulled em :headbang:

Then rinsed them all clean really good! Also cut them into separate piles to have roots/ leafy greens/ and then the chutes and buds making the flowers on them! :smokeit:

Weighed out each portion and then added equal weight in brown sugar and then 1tbsp of LABS (lactic acid bacteria serum) to kick it all off! Squished in side of jugs some and then put lid back and taped it on so pressure won’t pop it off and instead will pop the sides back out once fermenting has actually kicked into gear! It’ll take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to ferment these and then u strain the flower parts in each and save the liquid that’s created! They can then be used separately to have a rooting/ veg/ and flowering nutrients for couple hours work and $2 in brown sugar (or molasses works great too) but figured brown sugar would be best to make sure all pieces inside jugs were evenly coated! :toke:

***SIDE NOTE*** If u do this make sure u rinse the dandelions and the root really good to make sure all dirt and amy potential pests are rinsed off so u don’t bring any pests or diseases into the grow space! :d5:

Next up is purple dodgers update! Today she’s on day 28 and this thing has grown into an awesome shape! Totally grown into almost a totally even canopy with 0 training so should be easy to level out here over next few days once I get motivated to actually do it!

Safely can say 5.3ph is far from the zone where it needs to be! Remembered I had used craft blend when I mixed this soil up so made me realize I hadn’t ever added dolomite lime to that soil base and it’s usually 5.5 out the bag! Def won’t make that mistake again!

Is that water from the res on the pot?

Pretty good article https://buildasoil.com/blogs/news/12851705-liming-agents-whats-the-deal-with-all-these-products

I have the pelletized dolomite lime that i topdressed but I’m about to get an extra tbsp and crush it into dust with a hammer so it’ll work quicker and I’ll add little oyster shell flour for lil more calcium! With the boxes with the worms I clean and grind up eggshells that they eat and makes calcium but TxWormRanch being sold out when I started this box I need to dig some outta my current earthboxes that are just being used as worm houses for right now! Have tons of worms in them since always seen babies when I pull mulch back so def multiplying in there! I found these that had jumped out drain hole after letting box dry out too damn much! Was crazy finding these in floor! :yoinks:

Luckily went to feed and water these when I did cuz found those 2 giant handfuls plus more on ground between box and wall where they climbed into reservoir and out the drain hole! Won’t make that mistake again!
