Haha, maybe. I think washing buds really brings out the flavors. Takes all the nasty off. First time I tried it I thought it was going to ruin my crop but it didn't hurt it a bit. I didn't wash a couple buds and side by side the only difference was the taste

I think I'll try this cause there's all sorts of shit in my whitneys buds lol dirt and what not .. Still gonna push her a bit tho she wants to grow lol... I'm gonna be cringing the whole time

I hang mine after a good shake. Then put a fan on them for an hour or two just to get the heavy water out. To me, and this might sound weird. I actually think it dries faster after washing and more evenly. Not that you want it to dry fast. It just seems fast I guess. You'd think it would take longer after submerging it in water but not really the case

Google Jorge Cervantes powder mold. It does work!!!!!!!! Washes that shit, if not too crazy, right off into the water. Also if the bud is nute heavy it may turn the soaking solution colors. It did for me. Ppm was way up and water was fucik pink!!!!
Brings out some very interesting terps. Eucalyptus comes to mind.
I have found that I lose a day in the bags. Round here at normal RH of 20-30 on the high side, I'll take a day earlier to get to jarring. I have over tried my weed before. Fuck that. Its oil foder after that.
Also, check out grow wweed easy...quick water cure. I'll do that too, then bag with paper towels in the bottom if I don't rack it.
When you see all the floating oil slicks and what not in the water....you become less afraid of the soaking and more afraid of NOT.

Sometimes I wash mine too. It seems to me that they dry more evenly.
