It has been great if I have 450 total watts and 16 plants in there. I did the math this way. 450 divided by 16 meant I was about 28 watts per plant. The first run I averaged 42 grams per plant. That is right at 1.5 grams per watt.

Awesome - would love to do another with larger pots? We got our 3000K full flower booster in Michigan - production will be in by March 1 in Seattle but my gut has always been that the 4000K will work best for autoflower. It would be interesting to run test with 8 4000K (240 W) and 8 3000K (240 W). Use only the 4000K until plant(s) starts to flower, then boost the 3000K on. Anyway - here is a SCROG we just set in Michigan with 3 gorilla glue plants in the SCROG under 20 of the new 3000 K lights - 600 W total over 4 X 4. Basically a week into flower but just set in SCROG. Will lollipop tonight and do an initial small defoliation. I will post a pic of a larger SCROG that will go into defoliation on Friday.
This is a 4 X 8 SCROG with 5 Larry OGs in 20 Gallon pots. It is ready for defoliation this Friday (day 21 in flower). It will get a second round of defoliation at 42 days. There is 1800 watts of LED (input watts). Goal is 5 lb for the scrog, dry weight. Posting for your enjoyment! This is a test room for LED production against HID. When HID is done right, with a grid that creates proper chatter - goal is also 5 lb with 2000 W of HID. These photos are from a licensed caregiver grow in Michigan.
