Today is 28 days old for Dyke. She has a large stem and healthy branches which I am bending so as to maximize the high intensidy led lighting. She will grow up one sided with her back facing to the side of the tent and front facing the middle. Her cola and branches will get 55 to 30k lux to all tops. Service will be in the rear...

She is starting to get her nasty looking LSD leaves... Trippy looking leaves. imho...

She is looking to be 24" tall maximum. Just started doing her 'cola jag' aka asymmetrical growth.

This weekend I finished bending and squeezing the branches so that this plant might some day be part of 4 plants, all inward facing with 'backs' facing outward for service and inspection, sea of green. I also pinched off any 'suckers' in the shady part of her undercarriage as they just suck up valuable resources during flowering. I also did leaf tucking, facing as many fan leaves as possible to the 'rear' of the plant...

The LSD is five weeks tomorrow so I gave it a Sledgehammer instead of a watering. This is kind of like a carburetor cleaner for an engine. Cleans out the jets! I do this with all my plants at this age.

Tonight Dyke got her first post-Sledge and week five nutrition as she has begun what I call the 'clover blossom' phase of flowering. Only LSDs never really do the clover blossom thing like a lot of other strains. It seems to just sandwich the pistils in between layers of thick, leathery, dark green, frosty and smelly sativa leaves... Let the games begin!

bent, plucked, tuned up and ready to go

All I will do now is water and feed this plant according to schedule until it is time to begin rinsing which will be at 65 to 70 days or so depending...

Yes, I do it at mid-life and then at the end. At the end it is Sledge, Nute, Rinse... In that order over a period of days of course... Thanks to @Trapper for turning me on to this discovery!

NB - I also do what I call a hard reset for stressed plants which is Sledgehammer, Water, Boomerang then back to the nutrition program... It works...

Dyke - White LSD, will be 42 days old tomorrow (6 weeks)... I had estimated her height to reach 26 inches (70cm) and she is now 30 inches (76cm), healthy, happy and in her 'clover flower' phase, with many buds/flowers showing on sturdy branches.

This strain does not like 'rich food' so I am being careful not to give to much and now that I am using a high P and K I am giving her 70-50% strength food. She is tolerating the strength and will begin her week six food tomorrow. Feeding every other time with water only in between... CaMg only given during feeding...

Technical details aside... Holy mother of Christ! This plant is far exceeding my expectations and will be a very good harvest indeed. She is spinning up a tall main cola. What a joy and bundle full of surprises she has been... I am really looking forward to seeing her stack up her flowers.
