Some like to use the cubes to start seedlings others prefer not to it's a matter of choice

I use cubes for clones only.
They work well with seeds if kept wet, but in my hands they tend to dry too much. So I stick to paper towel. Then I don't destroy my seeds.
When I get my hydro bucket working, I'll try seeds in cubes again.

I normally use paper towel to germ and I did this time as well . My intention was to start my seedlings put them in the cube to get them established and then once they were established put them in their final pot. Some how I just seem to have bad luck with Stones gear ??

I've tried that also.
Didn't succees so returned to paper towel and from paper to soil.
Experimentation with gernination procedures has ended. I have lost too many seeds trying to be smart.

I go straight from soaking my seeds about 36 hours straight into the final pot, so far, no failed germs and the like... (3 out 4 so far... 4 is taking her time though)
I do however have one stubborn seed - who is not playing ball, took her out the final pot and soaking her again, going to leave her in the water until I see me some roots...
