you have to remember.....unless you're using an intake filter, when its pulling the sides in like that, it is pulling all kinds of dirt, dust, and debris through any opening it will fit....I try not to turn the fan any higher than possible. At this point, I mainly use it to control heat in the tent......there are no neighbors close enough to smell anything, anyway.
Yeah. The screen ports get dirty quick . And yeah. I guess I didn't think about it like that.

I have white haired dogs.....it really highlighted the problem for me. I didn't like the intake filter...so I just keep the fan barely turning....it gives just enough negative pressure inside the tent to keep things moving (along with two clip on fans). If its starts heating up in there, I turn it up to 1/4 strength and it will bring the temp down 5-7 degrees in about 15 minutes.
 
Oh crap just looked at the bank account. If I'm not here the wife buried me somewhere on all this open acreage. I might have to :bow:beg for forgiveness
