Buds are harder to get stuff from, in my experience. And some strains are better.

Pre-heat the iron to the lowest setting, use wax free parchment paper, squeeze the bejesus out of it! I made a video, but it's in Portuguese...

Also, notice the fan. You have to cool it down before you handle it with the tool. Some put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

are u hearing a sizzle when u apply pressure i press for ten seconds on the first heat setting duno what temp exactly

I saw some "smoke" rise from the paper, I expected to hear something but never did.

Okay. I'm going to try another bud. Old hair straightener so I'm going to try max temp this time... somewhere around 200C, with lots of pressure. I should hear something if I'm doing it right, right?

I do about 5 seconds, once I hear the sizzle. But some strains give me 0 yield, or close to 0, like Amesias. @budelee is testing a press right now, trying to figure out the best time to press fress buds.

I wrap it on an oven pad and put the weight of my whole body on it, against a stool it's sitting on. And then open paper, fold bud in half or 4, and do it again! May get some on the second run...

try compressin the bud bud first like into a small ball this helps me i just did this a hour ago
