Chili's been on the stove for 7 hours and I think it's about done. Get yer spoons and bowls fellas its good if you like it mellow. Cant make the good stuff as it would incinerate the general population. A couple of poblanos will bring that up to a pleasant level. lots of flavor.

Nom nom nom nom nom.............penguins love a good chili............keep me bowl please Pudde.......pretty please........eP.

I like to over water for a while and then follow up with a bit of under watering and use whatever random feed is leftover from other plants lol. At least that's what I did last time. Here is my critical jack today.

I think what he needs is 6.5 umol pure ....

Or maybe ....

briefly, the dried fruits were powdered and 1 g was treated with 10 mL of acetonitrile at 65°C along 20 min under sonication, with a working frequency of 35 kHz. The extracts were evaporated to dryness at 60°C, resuspended in 0.5 mL of acetonitrile, and filtrated through 0.45 μm cellulose acetate membrane filter (GVS Filter Technology, Indianapolis, IN, USA). Samples were stored at −20°C until they were analyzed.

Capsaicinoid content was converted to Scoville heat unit (SHU) by multiplying the concentration of capsaicinoid in dry weight of pepper in parts per million (ppm) by the coefficient of the heat value for each compound, 9.3 for nordihydrocapsaicin and 16.1 for both capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin for HPLC.... etc..

That's some serious chilli.

Gotta be spicy! Serranos and poblanos, some crushed red pepper. I do the three meat chili with beef, bacon and italian sausage

If it wasn't so hot out already I'd be on it. The gf is out of town too, shoot. I could fart all night and the cat is the only one to know :gassy1:

Get over here and you can take some home after you gorge yourself.

I used to make chili in a huge pot fro friends in college. It was great. Everything was free for me all the beer and bud you want and they bought the ingredients. All I had to do was work hard for 60 minutes and attend it for an afternoon and we had thick fierce and chunky chili during college football season. The kind of chili you can eat with a cornchip. heck, you could eat it with a fork.

I used to almost beat em' bloody keeping them from running pot the pot and scooping a chip worth out. Wait yer danged turn. The waiting is what makes it good. By the time it finishes you could give them a bowl of rocks and they would think it was awesome. The fact it is good makes it even better.

That would be one dead cat in my house. Gassed to submission. Too bad I dont fart co2. I would eat chili constantly and just sleep in the grow tent.
