I brought home another Japanese Maple today. That make 4 in the ground, 3 to be planted. This new one will be 20 ft tall, 5 ft wide with bright red fall leaves.

i grew up with a japanese cherry in the backyard ... something about those red leaves and pink flowers

Good, thank you. Been in the countryside during the easter holiday.
I had my dog for surgery this morning. Yesterday he was so sad. It turned out one of the anal glands was clogged and had ruptured. Poor little boy. But he is himself now. After surgery, I had to fetch him from the cage myself, coz he was very angry and would bite to kill (a 7 lb killer dog) if any stranger tried to touch the cage.
He has some social issues. He only loves me and stops eating if I travel without him.
