not champagne yeast, but it's yeast, go for it, bread yeast even does it, but dies off at lower octane and tastes, well, a little bready

Well, I just got finished making a tiramisu (mothers day desert). Now I'm on to some fire roasted tomatillo salsa, for some green chile taco's I'm making later. What are you up to today?

I Googled this and it said it was formerly champagne yeast, I'm good to go.

The yeast formerly know as champagne.
