Put a piece of plastic down first add the foam on top ,perfect insulation .

Minimal wiring and minimum heat. No moving parts and shouldn't be any fear of fire here. I recently converted an hps grower who had a ratchet failure on a 600 watt hps and his place did catch fire. These are also passively cooled so they will operate at the same temps without a fan. Fans and drivers are failure points.

Ok you win, I can't match those trichs. But this one is starting to look purty. and even though she is northern lights she has insane overpowering blueberry BO! I am drowning her in Terpenez from here out and that stuff seems to really get it on.

Ah cool. How much do these retail for? And what's their equivalent to hps?

I am not the manufacturer but one of these puts out around the same as a 300w led. and the penetration into the canopy is much better with cobs.
