when cannabis became legal in a lot of american states,did seeds become illegal at the same time ? and yet in places like uk weed is illegal,but they dont give a monkeys about seeds.
its a messed up world,theres a song in there somewhere.

Im not to sure on that . like weed is legal for medical and recreational in sum States which allowed consumers access to pretty much everything. But even tho states may have passed laws it it remains a schedule 1 drug by the federal laws . it's hard to explain and i have no clue if this answers your question
