If the stories alone bothers you, think about those living in those stories. Imo, this is not a good time to judge customer service. No one knows anything so a timeline is next to impossible to provide. I'd be cool if there was no replies. The sales dude/gal is more anxious than you. Don't forget, folks need to pay bills, salaries, loans, rent etc despite the lockdown. They want this over more than anyone else. If they got nothing to update, no reason to reply. But lying is plain wrong! However, its expected from Meijiu.I am aware of that and don’t feel antagonized at all. I work with a lot of Chinese folks and they tell me a lot. It’s just that that’s all I keep hearing. The mass of stories becomes so much that people starting to not give a shit and that’s bad. That’s why I try to stay out of it.
