Recycled organic living soil.

I use three or four part system, two when its a smaller batch.I usually rotate four to six batches of 25+ gallons of soil each.all living and done slightly different.some more involved and some not so much.but i'll use a variation of living vermicompost freshly takin and dried slightly from the worm farm, bokashi,Im incorperating neem cake now as an antiseptic property booster as well, but steer manure and a small bit of mushroom compost ideally since that has more specialized micro heards and the feeding characteristics are more intense with some of these inoculates and get a more complete feeding and work the rhyzoshpere a bit better and more intense in my dealings. but for the two part syatem I'll use bokashi and steer compost.cost's prolly 25 bucks maybe, and you'll have it for many many months if thats all you use it for.more than cheap and some of the best short of leaf mold and batch after batch and bokashi for teas too.its a win win lol.

this what s what I use in my replenishing cycle. After harvesting I pull the stump and keep as much roots in the soil as possible. I let it dry up a little bit in the pot and then put it in 5gl bus tubs. I then add my plant trimings and some earthworm castings and fresh unused humus from a local mushroom farm and fish turds from my fish tanks. Then I add my Jobes soil amendments and mix it all up and rotate it every other day. This is a few pics of the Jobes stuff image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg sorry for the sideways pics

oh ya dude,Im certain it works stellar for you dude. wasnt trying to be a jerk er anything, i was going off that post for recycled soils and materials. using those bags are fine, you just have to work the batch as a whole over several grows.thats all i was talking about. id personally use another bagged item or two myself and mix it together and use a cup per bag of soil or so.then add some lime?voila lol awesome n simple.

the one thing Ive experienced is that when using a more living soil over a simplistic added to and blended soil is the buds tend to be sweeter.Happy growing dude,Im looking forward to seeing you do your thing.

The micro life in the soil feeds on the plant and animal matter I put in it. Adding more micro life to it with the Jobes biozome and it contains organic plant foods as well the 4/4/4 I crush it up in a mortar and pestle the old school way I do this because I am growing autos and with short veg time no need for slow release form then by adding the slower 2/7/4 with biozome leaving it in natural form the mixed in this release slower but by the time my autos flower it has run through the 4/4/4 nutrition but still has the microc life from it. And the 2/7/4 kicks in during the flowering stage and gives a boost for pre flowers and most of the time the entire grow without using any extra fertilizers. Some plant get a little more hungry than others and requires additional fertilizer. But I try my best to feed my soil not my plants.

I can see your point of view and not at all offended just seeing what other people do. And maybe adapt what you or others do to how I grow . At the end of the day we have our own ways of growing but most of the knowledge we learn is pieced together from many different people books and the inter web and adapt it to fit our style or needs. I am curious about the bokashi what is it.

Bokashi is a natural inoculate that can be easily made at home or bought already done for cheap, and it has a multitude of uses from odor control to tea, soil, pest control all kinds of things.simple food based stuffs compost and ferment similar to a drop n leave compost system.

Another cool thing about Bokashi - if you put a bit on your dog's food, you'll not have to pick up the poo. It will dissolve into the earth with the next rain.
