I'm watching closely!! I've been eyeing up that Mars pro panel (for a future "project")......I want to see your thoughts on it vs. the kind (out of my price range, anyway) panel...just as far as quality goes.:pass:

Well two weeks after I was given the 1st Pro II 320 to test I bought another one lol so what does that tell you? Those two in my 3x3 are PERFECT! very happy with them. Absolutely.

Wait a minute....Two 320's in a 3x3....I was under the understand that one would cover a 4x4.....:pass:

It could. But I put two in my 3x3. Talk about foot print! I wanted to see if it was really too much or not. Just like I could fit at least two Kind K5 XL1000s in my 5x5... Most people wouldn't put 10 plants under 2 x 320s but I didn't expect 10/14 females.... Oh actually 13 plants. The six shooters and BD are in there too. I have one panel on bloom and one on grow right now.

Idk maybe I'm dumb... Lol maybe I'm not doings like everyone else would. I've always ran "too many plants" but I'm known for that. I'm trying to see how intense these panels really are. I was told I'd have to have an 8 foot ceiling in order to have that kind... Its around 45" lol so I'm told lots of things. I've read lots of things. I like to just try things.

Personally what I see is two tight foot prints in a 3x3 and excellent refraction off the tent walls. So even those on the sides are getting good light. Seems to me anyway. I know I'm probably wrong about most of this I just rambled off lol but the plants are telling me I'm good. And they're good...

Speaking of... 37 days old and the Group 1 SB are starting to get sticky and smell! It will evolve but right now they smell like Fruit Loops lol :smoking: :headbang:

@Frankthetank here's some shots for you of my 3 x 3 with the two mars panels... I have them about 28" from the top of the canopy and i have 17" of headroom if I have to raise it up more.

Dude...thats alot of light :headbang:!!! Those plants seem to be pretty damn happy, though!! Do you think the intensity keeps the plants on the shorter side?:pass:

Not really! They are all pretty big/tall. My tallest and bushiest SB is pushing 3 ft. They are all at least 18" and bushy. I've been hawking the canopies daily... If I see any curl I raise the light. I see a lot of folks with shorter plants saying "they were short cuz I had my light too close" and indeed they will stay short if its too intense. With all due respect to Mars, Kind and all other led companies.. Just like anything its a business. Do I think they embellish a bit. Yes. Is that bad? Not really BUT I think its misleading...

Right or wrong in my room... If there's space I want to fill it. If there's a place for 4-6 more plants and a light I'll put them there. According to two companies I already have 2 more leds up than I should:smoking: Only way to truly know if it works is to do it. Like I said yesterday.. One 320 would rock a 3x3. I think two are better :smoking: :pass:

Ah! I was looking at that bottom pic...taken from a higher angle...it's hard to tell height.

I'm going through this right now. I'm trying to figure out the sweet spot (height wise) for my light....My current plants are on the small side...I'm trying to figure out if its something I did (probably) or not. I figure if both of those lights aren't causing your plants to be tiny, my one light shouldn't affect mine as much as I thought.

Although...If this is the size my plants are going to be (weather its the light or not) I don't have a problem adding more plants.....:pass:
