Just wanted to give a brief review of 4AM. I did 4 of them, they all smelled similar near the end...not sure how to exactly describe it. The smell is VERY strong, tropical fruit like to me. It is really nice smelling, obviously full of Terpenes.
The growth was very uniform and yields we're pretty nice looking. I did not weigh them, but one plant filled 2 big jars. I would estimate 2-3 oz plant average in small 1 gal pots.
I am a Chronic Rosin presser, so for personal strains I aim for good squishers. From my years of growing, I have found many VERY Terpene heavy strains are not always the best for extracts. When pressing Rosin, Terpene heavy strains usually press too Runny of a product. Which 4AM does. It is hard to collect and must sit to tighten up before using. That being said, it Vaporizes very nicely. Excellent refreshing taste, with a menthol like after taste. I don't burn much flower, so I didn't try it yet. I am sure the patients will enjoy it. The buzz seems balanced. Not too heavy, not too light. I will grow this for my patients, but she won't be a personal plant for extracts.
