Hi,

Currently growing 3 under a 135w led in small grow tent, 0.7 sq mtrs. Wanna upgrade in next few months. Would it be better to get another 135w, or should I go for a 240 / 300w? If so, would a 300w be too powerful for my needs?

Also, got grow tent in my small flat. Should I add co2? Was thinking about getting some co2 tablets. Any help very gratefully received.

Cheers.

I run a 180w in a similar size tent, but a 240w would also be fine and I just keep a window open in the room where my tent is and a vent open on the tent to get fresh in,carbon filter and fan to scrub it:bong:

Nice one Red Eyed. Yeah, I keep all vents open in tent and have a fan, carbon filter and exhaust / out-take fan too. Problem is I hafta have then tent in my bedroom and now it's getting winter here, I won't be able to keep a window open all day.

Thinking about getting another 135w, so I'd have 2, instead of a 240w. Reason being that it's about £100 cheaper for a start, and am thinking of growing 2 x Afghan Kush Ryder and 2 x MI5 for next grow. MI5 grows quite tall for an auto, so I could have 1 x 135w on 2 of them and the other 135w on the 2 AKR. It would be much easier to adjust the lighting to the both sets of plants' needs then, I think.

only use CO2 if you can maintain light cycle on temps of 87-95 degrees... otherwie its not very effective

Cheers JM. Temp is not getting above 80 at the very hottest - have led. Plants are doing well, so don't think co2 is needed now. Was just worried that my plants might need both co2 and oxygen when winter kicks in and i hafta shut the window.
