Your eyes are the best judge as it's hard to tell sometimes with pictures.. try to take pictures with natural light and a steady hand or a tripod.
Depends aswell on how you like your cannabis more amber more sleepy.
You want either a loupe or a usb/wifi microscope. Check the trichs on the calyx, not the sugar leaves. Also I'd suggest looking in white light instead of the blurple. The microscopes usually have a way for you to take pictures, which would be your best bet if asking here. But, as @420Forever says (I think it was you at least), if you think they're ready, give them 2 more weeks.
Trichs on the sugar leaves will mature faster than the ones on the flowers, so ignore those. Based on those pictures I'd say you've still got a ways to go, as they look rather shimmery and clear to me.
