Indoor Quest for 1 Pound + with Autoflower and Soilponics!

She needs some N still, going to give her more blood meal today. It did wonders for my tomatoes. I think because my mix has a lot of coco. its a bit short on nutes, so next batch I'll mix stronger. I'm also going to switch to chicken manure from cow manure, it has 9 times more N!

:drool:Wow pops! You showed that leggy bitch who was BOSS! :vibe:
Let them go for a bit as they do pack the weight on and the nugs end up pretty solid, you getting any citrusy/orange scents from her? She smells sweet right? Lol, I've dropped 10lbs in the past 7days 2nd to stress, that YDB would pack them pounds right back on!
:bravo:She's looking fantastic !
:d5::pass:

Edit: was just thinking I betcha you could lower that light some with her loving it! Might help pack the buds on....

Hey Yoda!
That's one kickass lady! I had to raise the light, she was burning on top. And I'll let her run a while yet, she's got a ways to go, at least three weeks, maybe longer. And yes, going to have some great bud! Smell is not strong, and yes, a bit citrusy and sorta like nutmeg. she's got some nute issues too. I'm finding all my current plants are having mostly N deficiencies. I think from the amount of coco coir in my soil. I'll up the nutes in the next batch. I just mixed up 10 gallons of soil, 7 recycled, 3 gallons fresh potting soil. I added a 1/2 cup Grow More Soil Builder, 1/2 cup Grow More Organic Flower and Bloom, 3 tablespoons of blood meal, and a 1/2cup of lime. cooking it in pots as it seems to cook faster that way.

And I have to say, the blood meal has impressed me and has worked wonders for all my plants! Its amazing to see yellow leaves turn green again withing a couple days!

Hey Pops! An interesting idea and I hope it works. I know there have been variations of this done outdoors for stealthy grows to cut down on trips into the woods. My worry would be the use of nylon as a wicking material. it's plastic and cotton or maybe wool might work better. seems like it would be more water-friendly. Is there any way to setup with dry wicks + soil and check your soil over a few days with a moisture meter? A 1lb plant is a lofty goal. Recently cracked a Flash Seeds Copacabana, a 6 footer that tops out at 500 g and doesn't mind having wet feet. I know nothing about the Dragons, other than they seem really popular, and the people that grow them, grow them again.

actually, nylon is also used for food packaging and toothbrushes. its safe and most commerical wick systems use nylon rope. Cotton and hemp, jute etc, rot too fast to be used more than one grow in organic soil.

The bottom watered pot is working better than expected, perfectly really, so far. I can see ways it could be used in stealth grow, bury a tank beneath the plant............... and I believe the rockwool is doing most of the work, I added the wicks just because the pot is so large I wanted to be sure the edges got enough for an even moister level. They probably aren't needed.

not having a moister meter I have not done that. I do know I'm sold on bottom watering and I'm building watering trays for my greenhouse now that will be gravity fed and use a control bucket with a float valve.
